Pricing
One price per team, billed once a season
Every club gets the full product. You just pay for the number of teams you're actually running. No monthly card payment for a treasurer to keep justifying.
All the features, priced per team
£250 for your first team, then £150 for every team after that, same full product either way. A "team" is any squad that needs its own sheet: a 1st XV, an U16s side, a minis group.

Before you ask
Questions clubs actually have
Does this replace GMS or Full-Time?
No. Those report your results up to the RFU or your league, and that doesn't change. Clubstead handles the part that never had a proper home: picking the team and getting the sheet to your players before kick-off.
Is our players' data safe?
Contact details and personal information are only ever visible to the roles that need them, never broadcast to the whole club, and never shared outside it. Full detail on what we store and how it's handled is in our data handling & safeguarding policy.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay for the season, cancel any time: no multi-year sign-up, no small print.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. The first 5 clubs get their first season at half price, so you're running it for real before paying full cost.
